Nicky Scarfo and his lethal squad of deadly deadly ninjas terrorize the streets of Vancouver with their deadly weapons that kill things dead. No animals were harmed in the filming of this video... only pizza. That poor defenseless pizza, murdered in cold tomato sauce.

E Major - Outrageous

Posted by psykoize On 0 comments

Baltimore-bred, Los Angeles-based emcee E Major presents the self-directed music video to “Outrageous”, the Rexamillion-produced leak from his upcoming album Baltimore Bruin."Outrageous" utilizes "Movie Finale", a beat by California producer Madlib which appeared on his Beat Konducta In India project and was also used by Mos Def for his song "Auditorium". Es album Better Than Yours had already made Baltimore City Paper’s top ten albums of 2011 – two years after dubbing his Majority Rules album “a classic” – by the time his hit “Paper Runnin’” started doing the rounds on 92Q, later remixed by local legend DJ Booman. Wielding common-sense lyricism and a relaxed, persistent flow which presides on equal footing over boom-bap and trap alike, E’s shared stages with Lupe Fiasco, Wale, and Little Brother and has gotten the nod from Okayplayer, MTV, VH1 and DJ Booth. "My wife's family is from India and I've been there three times," says E of the video. "It was just the perfect thing to shoot while on one of my trips there. I was able to rope a bunch of family members into helping me out and we hired the auto rickshaw driver and we went guerrilla style around the city of Cochin. The video is more about the feeling of the track than any of the content. I was trying to capture what it's like to be in a totally different world like India." Baltimore Bruin drops September 2.

Here's the second video off Dj Dister's (Germany) album "Roll Wit Dis", released August 19th.
The song "Regardless" features Artifacts as well as internationally respected DJ Stylewarz.

Dister was bitten by the hip-hop bug in the late Eighties, when he saw his first painted S-Bahn train roll past in previously inaccessible West Berlin.
This inspired him to pick up his own spray cans and he spent the Nineties lacing trains with bold, full-colour pieces – and the tag Dister was born.

From painting trains, Dister began to collect records by the likes of Public Enemy, NWA and LL Cool J and played them out at a night that would run for eight years. Called ‘Born 2 Roll’, it was Berlin’s premier hip-hop event and brought talent like Masta Ace, Lords of the Underground, KRS One and the Beatnuts to the Cassiopeia club - one of Friedrichshain's finest music spots.

Continually innovating, Dister has now turned his hand to production and his debut album, ‘Roll Wit Dis’, charts his rich cultural history and features musical luminaries who rocked his Berlin parties. He brings KRS One, Kool G Rap and Greg Nice together for the first time ever on a beat that's made for the dance floor and showcases new rap talent Maffew Ragazino, Torae or Skyzoo together with legends like Jeru the Damaja, Kool Keith or Masta Ace.

It’s a distinctly personal journey that celebrates hip-hop’s history with a firm nod towards the future.
